For consumer models, the warranty period is 24 months or 900 hours of operation*. For hospital grade model LACTEA Smart PRO, the warranty period is 5 years or 5 000 hours of operation*.
*The warranty is effective from the date of purchase or the device manufacture date.
In the event of a defect, the manufacturer will repair this product, without charge for such replacement, parts or labor.
